At GibSams, we are committed to promoting mental health awareness and training for people in the workplace to be able to support their colleagues.
Wellbeing Leaders can be an integral part of your company’s commitment to the mental health and the wellbeing of employees. Each Wellbeing Leader is equipped with the skills to identify employees that are experiencing difficulties either at work or in their personal life, approach them with compassion, and signpost them to where they can get the help they need.
In the past, completing the training, certified an individual as a Wellbeing Leader for two years; whereupon they would have to repeat the full-day training to maintain their certification. As of September 2024, we have updated our training program to help Wellbeing Leaders maintain their certification without retraining.
Starting in September 2024, new trainees will attend a full-day in-person training session, which includes one post-training online Reflection session to receive certification. The cost for new certification is £150.
