Reflection Sessions
As a new initiative in 2025, GibSams will be offering Reflection sessions every other month throughout the year to help those who have certification maintain their status. The Reflection sessions offer an opportunity for the participants to discuss challenges, review protocols and practice their skills. The Reflection sessions will last one and a half hours and are held online during working hours.
Attending a minimum of two Reflection sessions per year will allow Wellbeing Leaders to extend their certification for another year. If someone does not maintain their certification, they would need to repeat the training.
Reflection Session Costs
The cost for an individual Reflection session is £50 per person. If your company has up to four Wellbeing Leaders, you can purchase a membership for £300 per year that will cover any sessions they attend. For companies with five or more Leaders, the membership fee is £500. While the minimum number of sessions to maintain certification is two per year, Leaders are welcome to attend as many sessions a year as they wish. Please note that the membership fee is separate from the cost of a full-day training for certification.
