SUMMARY:Stronger for Longer: Circuit Class
DESCRIPTION:A fun\, sociable way to get moving! This free class for GibSilver members aged 55 and over uses simple exercise stations to build strength\, fitness\, balance and coordination. You work at your own pace\, with easier or more challenging options at every station. It’s all about enjoying yourself and building confidence\, not competing. The class is run in partnership with Active Wellbeing (Gibraltar) and led by Louise Saint\, with no more than 10 people per session. It suits all abilities\, including complete beginners. The class takes place at Active Wellbeing (Gibraltar) in Eurocity. \nPlease wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes\, and bring a bottle of water. The Circuit Class is held on Thursdays at 11am. Spaces are limited\, so book early by calling GibSilver Freephone on 8000. If you can no longer attend\, please let us know at least 24 hours before so someone else can take your place.
