24-Hour Weighted Bag Carry

This International Men’s Day (18–19 November), join Lottoland and Men in Need Gibraltar in Ocean Village for the 24-Hour Bag Challenge. Participants will carry a weighted bag for 24 hours, symbolizing the burdens men often carry in silence. Tragically, a man’s life is lost to suicide every minute. this challenge represents 1,440 men who will have taken their own lives in those 24hrs.

It’s time to shake off the stigma and shame surrounding men and mental health, and make it easier for men to say: “I’m alright… not OK.”

All proceeds and donations go directly to Men in Need Gibraltar, helping men access vital support, guidance, and resources.

Whether you volunteer for a shift, donate, or simply cheer on participants, your support helps highlight the struggles men face and shows them they are not alone.
